A Map & A Backpack

Day #2 of taking care of Juan.  (So, this post will be short!)

Today it is pouring and it doesn't look like we will be able to get out. I tried to get him to go to the laundromat with me but he said "My tummy is still hurting, maybe later!" Too funny!

Still no word about the job at the Bank.  I sent a follow up email yesterday, the interview was a week ago today. I am losing confidence in how I did.  As a recruiter I KNOW that it can take longer than they say, but being on the other end of the process isn't easy.  I am trying to be patient.  I have been applying to other positions and yesterday I heard from a family that had contacted me through my Craigslist Ad (a few weeks ago) for a part- time Nanny position which will at least put a little extra money in my pocket.

In the meantime, we are watching Diego & Dora. If only life could be as simple as it appears to be for them...a Map to show were you to go all the time a Backpack that always has what you need in it and a Camera to show you exactly where that thing you are looking for is located!!  Wouldn't that be cool!!???
